Pre-Order Shipping Policy

Thank you for your purchase! Please review our pre-order shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to purchase an item before it is officially released or restocked. This guarantees your item will be reserved and shipped once it becomes available.

Processing & Shipping Time

• Pre-order items are shipped once they become available.
• Pre-Order Not ship until ALL items become available. No Guarantee on Release dates And are subject to change/distributor delays.
• Orders containing pre-order items will ship only when all items in the order are available.

Split Shipments

• We do not split shipments by default.
• If you would like available items shipped separately, please place separate orders or contact us (additional shipping fees may apply).

Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated shipping dates, delays may occur due to manufacturing, shipping carrier issues, or high demand. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Pre-orders can be canceled for a full refund before the item has shipped.
• Refunds are subject to a 8% cancellation fee to cover payment processing expenses
• Once the order has shipped, it is subject to our standard return policy.
